Your First Visit

On your first visit, you can expect to have a conversation first with Dr. Tignor about what’s bothering you. He generally takes a full history in order to determine whether our treatments would be appropriate. He will ask you do to some simple range-of-motion tests to help him evaluate your health.

At that point, he will talk to you about what he has found and what he recommends for treatment. If you’re a candidate for chiropractic care, he can perform your first adjustment on this visit. Of course, he won’t do anything without talking to you about it first and explaining what he is going to do.

If you’re not a candidate for chiropractic care, he will recommend you to some of the top doctors in our area who specialize in the care you need.
